The agreement recognises the role of non-stakeholders in the fight against climate change, including cities, other sub-national authorities, civil society, the private sector and others. Objective agreements strengthen the employee`s identification with the content of the work and the company, which also leads to an improvement in the employee`s performance and, therefore, an improvement in the efficiency of the company. Objective agreements are a modern human resources management tool, in the form of performance-based variable remuneration, which is considered a current fee.  Objective agreements are agreed between two parties, but the objectives are set unilaterally by the employer as part of its management rights.  For the company, the definition of objective agreements saves time in the business process. Agreeing on overall and partial targets avoids duplication and helps coordinate processes and tasks. In addition, the coordination of day-to-day business processes can be shortened by clear rules and priorities of employees` flexibility. Different methods can be used for the evaluation of objectives. An effective instrument is the balanced scorecard. When achieving objectives, it is important to check that it is transparent to the employee and that it is perceived as fair.
 The sustainable implementation and implementation of a system of agreeing targets involves significant expenditure. Framework objectives must be defined and a comprehensive approach to the company must be developed. Staff must be informed and involved.
